Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do we have a new Global Grow Portal?  

At Hope Global, we believe that every believer can grow as a disciple to be more like Jesus every season. This new Global Grow Portal aims to introduce a brand new learning experience for all Hope Global leaders and members to grow by attending online courses and learning through the resources provided. 

2. What's the difference between the Global Grow and GLT Online Courses?  

Global Grow courses are open to everyone whereas GLT Online courses are for the Global leaders of Hope Global churches.

3. How often will new courses be launched?  

New Global Grow and GLT Online courses will be launched every quarter. 

4. Why do I need to key in a coupon code to register for courses on the Global Grow Portal?  

These coupon codes enable all learners to register for courses on a complimentary basis. 

5. How can I get the coupon code to register for a GLT Online course?

For existing Hope Global leaders: Check with your Regional Pastors or Country ICs for the coupon codes. 

6. How do I know if I have successfully signed up for a course?  

You will receive a confirmation email from the Global Grow Portal after you have successfully signed up for a course. You will also be able to see the course materials and videos once you've successfully signed up for it. 

7. How long will the courses be run? Can I still access the course after the course duration?   

Global Grow and GLT Online courses will be made available for 3 months. As such, if you have registered for the course, do make sure that you complete it before the end date. Take note of the course duration on the course's main page (see screenshot below). Course videos and materials will not be available after the course has ended. 

8. If I have questions while learning a particular course, how can I ask or clarify?

If you have questions while learning a particular course, you may post it on the course's discussion board (see screenshot below). An instructor will get back to your question before the course ends.  

9. I have registered for a course and am in the process of learning it. Why am I not able to click on the other sections of the course?

You will only be able to access and unlock subsequent sections of the course after you have completed the current section. 

10. What is the difference between the "recommended resources" page and the "resources library"? 

The "recommended resources" page highlights selected resources from the "resource library". It also contains useful external resource recommendations. The "resource library" contains in-house resources helpful for believers' learning and growth. 

11. Why can't I access all the resources in the resource library?

Some of the resources in the resource library are restricted to leaders' access only. If you're a leader in a Hope Global church, you can access the resources using the e2hope login credentials given by your Regional Pastors or Country ICs. 

12. Are there other translations for the courses and resources on the Global Grow Portal?

Currently, all courses and resources are in the English language. Other translations for courses and resources may be provided in the future. 

13. Why can't I make payment on the Global Grow Portal? 

All courses on the Global Grow Portal are currently available on a complimentary basis. Use the coupon codes provided to register for a course.  

14. I'm from Hope Singapore. Can I also access the courses and resources on the Global Grow Portal?

The Global Grow Portal is meant for our Hope Global churches outside of Singapore. If you're from Hope Singapore, do check out the local Grow Portal at: grow.hopesingapore.org.sg for your learning and resource needs.
